Calm before the storm!

As I parked in the supermarket car park I was thinking how lucky my visitors & I had been to miss most of the heavy showers apart from one this morning when at Glamis Castle.... Wrong!! While in the supermarket it started to rain of biblical proportions! & didn't stop for almost 3 hours!!

I lingered in the store for a wee bit then made a dash for the car......soaked! Driving home was a challenge! Then made another mad dash from car to house....soaked!!

Lightning like I've not seen in Scotland for years!

A hot sticky night ahead!
