Unsettled

I had to get up with Eddie last night just before midnight, he was barking to be let out of his cage. All he did was wander in to the garden then back in the kitchen over and over again, he didn't seem to know what to do with himself, after 15 minutes in the garden in my pj's I put him back to bed. At 2.30am and he's awake again needing to go out to relieve himself! Hubby just left him out then, and he slept on the floor outside his boy's room, he doesn't like having missing humans. At 4.30am the thunderstorm started, never seen or heard rain like it. It rumbled on for hours. Our planned picnic with friends was cancelled although we did meet late in the afternoon at the park, it was hot by then but still looked like rain. We had no internet or television signal this morning either, which isn't the best situation when you can't leave the house, the plants are well watered though!

I received a text from B telling me he was at the top of the London Eye this morning, also seen him in another couple of the schools twitter photos. They've posted a lovely B&W shot of one of the pods against a cloudy sky, very atmospheric.
