Meanwhile In Scotland

Mrs S and I spent half the day in the garden in the sunshine putting my new found knowledge into practise. Really enjoyable, plenty of rearranging, potting, pruning, tidying, laughing and generally having a good day.
I’m struggling at the moment to get through the mountain of books I’m accumulating, single mindedness I guess is the way ahead. Instead of being tempted by cheap online e-books I need to reset and read the ‘real’ books.

In the evening I attended the TS Hichens AGM and enjoyed it. At the end of the meeting I managed to grab five minutes with the MD and Ops Manager of A&P Falmouth about one of Epic’s gigs, Britannia. Looks like they may take on its refurbishment and repaint it in the ‘dazzle’ paint scheme they recently applied to a couple of RN patrol vessels.
