Bananarama

Long day at work again and I was too tired and too indecisive to go out for a cycle afterwards, so after a long chat with my neighbour, I made some cake to use up a couple of bananas.

It rose well but sagged once out of the oven and cooled.  The middle clearly wasn't cooked properly, and as yummy as semi-raw cake mix is, it needed a bit longer.  I will try eating some tomorrow to see if it's safe.
