Fallen leaves

The beech trees are becoming quite bare already with a carpet of leaves underneath.

A quiet day here. A lot of reading, and I gave myself a much-needed haircut.
I heard today that an insurance assessor is going to inspect my car on Friday, but it may be next week before I hear anything. At least things are moving.
