Jigsaw Collage

With having a rib injury (90-95% better I think), I’ve not been able to do the things I want / need to do and so I’ve done this compendium of 4 x 500 piece train jigsaws over the last few days. I took photos as I finished them as I thought they’d make a nice collage for blip. This morning I did some tidying and sorting in one room and set up my replacement digital voice phone and my additional wifi disc. This didn’t sort the 2 problems I have, so I reluctantly phoned BT this afternoon. I spoke to a great guy who suggested two fixes and sent me the Home View In-Home Customer Summary Report showing their diagnostics within a few mins. The first fix was to move the DV phone a tad closer to the hub - done, tested and worked! The second fix was to change the Ethernet cable to a faster one he gave me a name for - ordered from Amazon for £5.50 and arriving tomorrow. I’ll be delighted if it works, but furious over what I’ve been through with 2 new hubs, a more expensive contract, having to change to a digital landline and losing the autodialler on my burglar alarm as a result, having no incoming calls for 6 months, 15 hours on the phone to BT and huge amounts of stress, if it just came down to a £5.50 Ethernet cable (shows clearly as needed on the report) and moving the phone 3 metres!!! So please make sure if dealing with BT to ask them to email this report to you!
