Repair cafe.

Arnside is like most communities full of people who would like to help in minimising the consequences of Climate Change and plastic pollution. This has led to the setting up of a group called Sustainable Arnside. 
This is working on several initiatives
One of these is setting up a monthly repair cafe. My Blip shows volunteers repairing a vacuum cleaner.  There was a retired electrician fixing small items, repairs to clothing and a blade sharpening service where Mrs. K. took some garden shears.
