Notes: Slept till after 7a, decided to try for a jog on my old route from a year ago - knee felt pretty good tho a bit low energy and had to walk a couple times w/ the hills. Did a nice bath when I got back and then had coffee. Lizzy decided she didn't want anything I put out so started in on my carnivore pancakes - also put some beef bacon in the oven and at the end made an egg to go with. Michelle had left Linda's in NC and talked to her for awhile on her drive before I ate my meal. Quiet day, some online. Heard from the housesitting woman w/ horses who hasn't been able to find anyone w/ experience and wants to chat tomorrow - that one is just over 3 hrs north of here but not starting till 11/30 (since Kathy now deciding to return early?? - ugggh!, such a pain!). Quiet afternoon w/ RedZone football on in the background - wasn't really paying attention. Afternoon then Broncos playing Carolina Panthers so got the full game! Chilly and gray day - lovely (finally feels like fall and wish it would stay this way but warming back up this week). Took Lizzy for a long walk around the big section at halftime. Quiet rest of the evening.
