This years Yucca blip

First full day back from holiday. We were struggling getting used to the 2 hour difference between home and Greece so to complicate things further now they move the UK clocks back. Body clock in melt down. Fortunately changes to the clock time has no effect on dog time so Dudley was up and needing to go out at the same dog time as always.
Since I was up at 6o'clock I did some pottering around, walking round the garden looking at changes, pulled a few weeds etc. Busy day continues with a load of rubbish from the shed being relocated at the tip and the lawn being cut. The grass was too wet really but its probably one of the last chances of 2024 so I made the most of it.
It was dark so early tonight, rather depressing. I sorted out the packages of seeds I ordered, and were delivered, whilst away. I found I could plant the sweet peas now and several other seeds could be started in doors in January. Well that's only a couple of months away so things are not that bad.
Its now just gone 8.00pm and my eyes are starting to droop. Its an early night for me, probably followed by another early morning for Dudley
