RSPB Leighton Moss
We left the ship in Liverpool at 08:10, collected the car and headed north, homeward bound, on a lovely sunny Sunday morning.
We stopped off at RSPB Leighton Moss in Lancashire for a walk, hoping to see the bearded tits in the reedbeds, sadly this was not to be. A friendly robin did say hello and we saw some shovelers (in extra) from one of the hides but nothing much else to report except a huge coach load of RSPB members on an outing who arrived just as we did!
