Swimming At Last!

Maisie had a nice cool down in the river today and I can't blame her. She was having a lovely time fetching her stick. This is the first time we have seen her swim. Usually she paddles, now there's no stopping her. Only problem was every time she came out she shook and sprayed muddy water all over me. Oscar did not want to go in, he stayed safe by the waters edge. He is covered in mud though. I should never have got a white dog!

I worked in the garden today and loved being outside and doing. Not too many interruptions.

This evening I melted at Zumba. It was so unbelievably hot. I still loved every bit of it.

Not looking forward to tomorrow morning as I have a four mile run to do after my boot session...I'll let you know how it goes...if I survive!
