Snow bunting

It's been a beautiful sunny day.  We all went out for a morning walk starting with a stroll along the beach.  It was clear that the snow buntings were still around as a small group of people were watching them.  We joined the group and watched as the two birds slowly started to come closer towards us.  They are not shy birds.  My husband was delighted to see them again and our son hadn't seen these birds before.  After awhile we continued our walk along the estuary where I took a shot looking back at the bird watching group, see extra.

A lovely relaxing morning followed in the afternoon by some weeding on the allotment by me, removing a large plant by our son and lawn cutting my husband.  An enjoyable productive day.
