Cosmos

A dreich day. Forecast has changed overnight, now we're in for dark cloud, mist and fog. Partner is out for the morning meeting a friend for lunch. So I am on my own for the wee lunchtime walk around the park. Not worth going any further as there will be no views. Even the Pentland Hills have disappeared. In the wild flower garden, there is still a strong display of flowers. But these three cosmos flowers have made a recent appearance.

Partner returns home for the afternoon walk for Friday afternoon coffee and cake. Cloud has been replaced with mist, definitely damp. So just around the park again. After coffee and cake, there is even less to see. A short walk home.
