Beach Day 2

Making the most of the good weather we headed back to Castle Beach for an hour or two, it seems much less energetic but Paddy covers some ground rockpooling, paddling and digging in the sand. For me my step count isn’t much below a normal walk day.

Rowing was cancelled owing to the earlier bad weather which made for a more relaxed start to the day.
All geared up for a trip to Exmouth to watch Sam playing rugby, again that was cancelled, fortunately in good time so no one had set off.
Mrs S headed off to bed for her pre night shift nap and as the plans for today had all gone awry there was no roast.
Instead I raided the freezer a Chimchurri Chicken ready meal.
