Muddy ParkRun

Up half the night and then out to ParkRun at Uckfield. I didn’t have much oomph today, and it was much stickier than last week. I ran a similar time but was further back in the field (18th). Still managed to be first F55-59.

Home for a bit and then out for a very late family and friends lunch, after washing off all that mud, of course!
