A lovely sunny day & barely any wind & I girded my loins & went to Paignton this afternoon & had a very brief swim in the sea.. I've not cold water dipped since the end of June..

Unfortunately I left my phone at home & had to take this as an an appropriate emergency blip, when I got home ~ I did wear a costume though..!!
