Doing Her Stuff!

Parkrun again this morning and, after setting up the course,  I was marshalling on the fork in the path with a view of the meadow and the trees around it in their autumn finery.  The run began with wispy mist floating across and around the runners then later when the sun rose above the trees all the colours in those trees were accentuated.

Nicola has boundless energy!
