Release the endorphins

Had a nice lie in this morning. A great sleep.

But after last week's shenanigans I needed some happy endorphins. So, what better way to do it than some retail therapy. So, that is what I did.

First off was down to Swansea and my book dealer. Lol! I purchased a good few books and also got a gift for a festival that is coming up shortly, that begins with C.

After lunch I headed down to Neath to buy some new casual shoes. I got a decent pair and at a fair price. I was happy.

The rest of the day will be about relaxation.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A great sleep and lie in
2.  A good day of releasing happy endorphins
