Parkrun

Beautiful morning for a Parkrun at Dalby. The sun and Autumn colours made it. Enjoyed my run and good to be slightly faster than last week. Even better I met up with friends who finished around the same time.

Matthew and Mary popped in with Richard’s iPad which he left behind yesterday. Fortunately Mary as a nurse was booked in for her flu and Covid vaccinations in Kirbymoorside so they were not far away.
