Cat on a Post

Basil and I saw three cats on our jaunt today, two ginger and one black.

This one was posing on the garden gate where I had once seen 'the dog who jumped' a few years ago. The dog has long gone.

Len and I celebrated our 51st wedding anniversary today, going to Livio's for a meal. Normally, there'd be somebody to chat to but the man on the next table didn't stop talking from the time we got there to the time we left.

The restaurant was busier than normal, which was good to see. Livio gave us a bottle of Prosecco with which to celebrate.

Four weeks since we returned from Holiday and the sycamore tree at the end of the drive is in a sorry state.
