Midwives Parking only!

We have our own parking slot - only one for the group of 6 midwives - so the midwife oncall gets to use it - or a midwife returning to the office who can't find a parking space, which was me this afternoon. I drove towards it, noticing no other free parking spaces, and thought 'goody', it's free. Often other people park in the space - which makes us kind of mad, so we always purposely block those people in, so they have to phone our office asking for the midwife to move their car so they can get out, and then they get a 'talking to' on the importance of the oncall midwife having a parking slot.
However, today our space was free, but the person parked in the slot next to ours had parked so badly I could not get my car in!!!! There is a path the other side, so no excuse for such bad parking.
