Around the Block

Another lovely autumn day worthy of a walk around the block even if supervised! 

After we have done our domestic morning rituals, my PSW Jocelyn likes to take me for a short stroll around the block. She is as enamoured as I am with the autumn colour so both of us are usually snapping away with our phones. This morning though, it seems we got carried away....Selfies? Really?  

Today was a big day for me. My hospital bed rental had expired and today was the day to have it dismantled and returned. Another step forward in my return to normal life!  No more hospital bed in the dining room! Yay! The place feels more like home now! 
 
Maggie, on the other hand, was not amused. She had laid claim to that bed the day it arrived and it had become her favourite napping place. I am not yet forgiven for its removal; she is at the moment, sulking upstairs on MY bed! 

I can see that treats are in order....
