The one that didn't get caught

The day started with Rohan dressed as spiderman (pants on head), with additional webs drawn on her head and legs with biro by a very helpful sister. I have no idea how they even know who spiderman is!
Then friends came round and they played and bickered and ate macarnoi cheese, and eventually we headed out in the rain with the fishing nets.
Turns out I am rubbish at catching minnows and only managed one, which I put into Rohan's bucket, as she was nearest, and I had used her net.
When it was time to return the friends to their home, the absence of a fish in her own bucket caused a reaction in Lily worthy of a Shakespearean drama.
And then I gave them risotto for tea (already planned) which they hate. (But eat.)
I'm tired now.
