Down in London for a few days.

Our afternoon flight was delayed a little so it was straight off the Stansted Express and on to the Central Line on arriving at Liverpool Street - destination Oxford Circus for The Photographers Gallery. A rather fantastic exhibition from Italian photographer Letizia Battaglia - Palermo crime scene photos from the 1970s-1990s alongside images of daily Sicilian life - and an intriguing and often beautiful one from Deborah Turbeville.

Quick check-in to our Spitalfields hotel and then out for a curry on Brick Lane. We picked our place based on reviews....and it didn't disappoint.
