A plaque to Snips the dog

There was a big redevelopment of the Lincoln Cornhill area in 2018 , the old corn exchange now houses the Cosy Club  and various retail outlets . There was a fear that this plaque to Snip might be overlooked, pleased to see it today, weirdly the plaque is pretty much at the eye level of the average dog !
