We are lucky enough to live within walking distance of a great café / bistro called Cool River in Matlock.
Every month they have a special evening where a really wonderful meal is cooked by the very talented chef 
This is tonight's main course - belly pork, dauphinoise potatoes and red cabbage. Beautifully seasonal, superbly presented and extremely tasty.
