Out on the Tiles

It's been a busy day today. The mood was set when we did a flow session for our morning yoga. It was a first for the man, and although he was a step behind, he mostly kept up.

Cal came round with his granny and grandpa to show me his new walking skills. He is very proud of them. He is also developing the McCabe tongue out when concentrating.

And then I was out to a fabulous evening as part of the Unesco Cities of Literature. The poet Hollie McNish was there, and my admiration of her work grew. As I walked home, I found myself creating the most basic poetry in my head. Now that's true inspiration.
