Almost!  The guys were already gone when I came back this afternoon so I assume they are waiting for materials to finish.  That left section was completely missing when I returned home after the hurricane, so they have restored the supporting boards.  Progress is good.
Now we have the baseball world series games to take our minds off of all things hurricane.  :)  First game is tomorrow!

Came back to add that there's a BIRD flying beneath the dock!  I didn't even see it until one of my friends pointed it out!!!
