A cold

Woke up with a cold this morning.
I’ve been feeling it creeping on to me the past few days and now it’s here in all its dubious glory.
Can’t have that now!

I worked in the morning, denying it have it, but by lunchtime I couldn’t deny it any longer. My nose dripping became way too obvious.
I did make my walk with Toby despite it. During this walk I cancelled my piano lesson for tonight, and once home I didn’t do anything but give in to my very heavy flu feelings.
I spoiled myself with a special luxe coffee though but hardly tasted it.
