Ruined porrúa

The Ría de Villaviciosa has very fertile lands alongside it, which have attracted agriculture. The farms in the floodlands are known locally as "porrúas". But the ría has high as well as low tides and it also floods - particularly when a high tide moving upstream meets heavy river flows, after rainfall, coming downstream. Salt water flooding is a problem that has bedevilled most porrúas, and there are many ruined buildings along the ría´s short length. 
Among them is this Mexican-owned villa. It´s been a ruin as long as I´ve known it, which is I think 18 years. Recently it´s got worse - the roof has now gone and there are contractors working at it. At the very least they´ll be making the dangerous structure relatively safe but more probably they´ll decide to remove it.
