Main activity: Tues - Michelle back pain, Kathy car issue, Costco/Earth Fare, tuning fork sessions
Notes: Slept till around 7a again - lovely! Michelle was taking her shower when I got. She played pickleball last night and her lower back was quite sore and she was moving slowly. We got out some creams and the heating pad, slow morning. Left around 10a, I drove Michelle's new car. Texting w/ Kathy about the insurance and getting my car fixed and it got  a bit sticky. Stopped at an auto parts store and got some of the red tape to cover where the tail light got cracked. From there, big venture of Costco inside and gas - so busy! Another 5 mi north to Earth Fare where I found some great grass-fed beef options, grass-fed/low pasteurized cream, the beef bacon and some other great stuff - was so happy to find those things! Headed back then, had tomato basil soup and pretzel bites w/ butter (from Swamp Rabbit) for lunch. Rested a bit in the afternoon then I showered. We sat out back a bit before Tamara arrived to do our tuning fork sessions ~530p - Michelle went first, we finished about 815p. Did some grounding outside and watched the last 1/2 of My Left Foot. Both quite tired and went to bed by 10p.
