Shadows in the kitchen...

...after lunch...

Pilates this morning, swiftly followed by flu jabs - we were in and out before our appointment time ;) 

Last night's badminton was a rejuvenated edition - eight of us there and we had the use of two courts, so no sitting out! Our last game was particularly good fun - the final result was 29-27, sadly to the opposition!

Lovely to see Richard returning to the game - he's our youngest player! He gave up in 2017 when he started coaching his son's football team - but said son is now at Uni so Richard is free to play badminton again ;))
