Unfurling

We took advantage of a very hot day and washed several loads of laundry including bedding and mattress protector. It all dried very quickly. A quick visit to the garden for a photo. This fern caught my eye. I hurried back indoors to escape the heat. 
As the afternoon cooled a little we decided to bus to the bottom of the hill and take a walk along the river. The bus driver had other plans, he drove past us and headed down the wrong road. I have laid a complaint. Plan B was a short walk to a nearby Cafe. It was still very hot walking back home.
