harvest for the teacher

Son#2 has decided he will harvest some flowers from Grandma's allotment to give to his Teachers on the last day of school. He managed to get a really good bunch which we brought back to the house, along with potatoes, carrots, berries and other stuff in a wheelbarrow.

then, distracted mummy and daddy forgot to put the flowers into water. 3 hours later we go to the wheelbarrow and discover severely wilted flowers. oops. time to visit the florists methinks....
