Market day at the Marsden

I had another check up today, all seems fine but the doctor thinks I should go back on my anti-anxiety meds.  I had stopped them under the GPs approval a month or so ago when I had been feeling stronger but the nurse made a good point that I have been having panicky days since stopping.  I don't want it to affect my weight loss but I guess I need them still.   

Anyway it was market day at the Marsden and they had such lovely produce!  I had a cauliflower in the fridge back at home but I couldn't resist getting a big purple one!  I also got some lovely fruit including a pomelo and some rambutan which was also a novelty purchase but reminded me of our travelling days. 

Are the cauliflower actually a purple variety or is it coloured/modified in some way?   It is very bright!

Back home, a little bit of work and then I collected the girls and had a nice afternoon/evening with them.  John is out at his friend's for a take away this evening.
