To cut or not to cut?

Our small decoration cherry tree had grown too high already. Maybe it would be wise to cut it now as I again can.

There has been few years that I have not bewn able to take care the garden so much as I would have liked. Now as my knees are fit again, it is time to cut and dig and plant and rake!
