Autumn Light

A session of light weights at the gym was a struggle after the weekend exertions. 

We took advantage of the decent weather and had a short trip to Dalby. The light was flooding through the trees and I enjoyed wandering through the forest to the Adderstone where I took this photo.

I enjoyed listening to a group of primary aged children being briefed for an orienteering course that I’d seen on the way. As a teacher and coach I am always interested to listen in and watch how the children respond.
