.... whians (apparently) pertaining to or abounding in berries (esp. rowan) and there was certainly plenty of berries on this craobh-chaorainn  (rowan tree) when I walked past this morning. 

The winds weren't so bad here yesterday and in addition to rowan berries I was pleased to see that there were still a good few leaves left on the trees. 

My main achievement today was submitting my first assessment. This comprised a written piece of work which I proof read and a recording which I did three times and decided that any further recordings would be a law of diminishing returns.
