Harvest at Felbrigg

I went to Felbrigg late morning to visit their annual dressing of the kitchens with gourds and other harvest produce - they dress it so well. Before I went in the house I went round the wonderful walled gardens, still plenty to see and I've added a flower collage as an Extra. Early morning and afternoon I've been contacting different companies about various things, why has service plummeted so much over recent years? One was a building society who managed to get my ISA maturity documents with options to me the day after my ISA matured, plus offered a 1 year ISA at a lower rate than on their website! Still not sorted, I've raised a complaint.
