Greetings!

Spent some time having an online chat with someone who'd been a friend and colleague about forty years ago - hadn't exactly lost touch but you know how it is. V nice to renew the acquaintance and catch up a bit.

Went to yoga - on my way back I'd just popped into the wee Sainsbury's (where they've moved all the stock around, eek!) and was hailed as I emerged by Mel who was passing with Sassie. In fact, M said that it was Sassie who spotted me.

Dave home early from the island as they had somewhat reduced numbers of visitors today.
