To those who are vegetarian and don't know what you should be taking its rather simple.
Put down the beans on toast that you consider a main meal and learn how to cook!!!!
Beans on toast is alright for a breakfast or snack meal but you can't be ignorant and eat that all the time. When I became a vegetarian at age 12 I was told I had to learn how to cook because as for patents cooking 2-3 different meals for the family was too much hassle and now I'm so grateful for that words of truth.
Learning to cook vegan and vegetarian is a form of art in some respects, balance, freshness and flavour play a very important part. To have my friends who eat meat enjoy my cooking gives me joy.
There are something's that we just can't get from food so these simple vitamins and kelp help along the way. Nothing wrong with a supplement if you do it correctly. If you eat healthy enough these three should be all you'll need.
