Soaking up the rays!

Ideally, I would have planned to have a lie-in this morning, but I had appointments to keep.

At 0850 I had to see the nurse at my new practice for my B12 jab. I was just in time by the skin of my teeth! When I arrived, I asked to book an asthma review, after the recent attack. 1140 this morning was offered, but the nurse went ahead and did it after the injection. Common sense prevailed.

I have new medication and a phone review in a week’s time. All very efficient.

I made a quick dash through Aldi for food, the. On to the dentist in Corbridge for a checkup. All well there.

Julie as in Hexham, so would I like to meet for coffee. Yes. “Let’s meet at Salute” I replied.

Back to Hexham and waited in Salute. A message came from Julie, “I am in Salute”. It’s a tiny café so I knew she was somewhere else. She was in Muro.

We had coffee and a quick catch-up.

I made an appointment for an eye test next week.

Phew!

Home for lunch and a rest.

I spotted the dog in Fore Street. He was drinking in the sun and ignoring all the tasty smells near to him!
