No Time Like The Present

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I went to visit Mary Doll and Victor today. They live in a cul-de-sac with a parking bay opposite. There was a man crossing it with his dog so I waited in the middle of the road for him to pass.

The man walked very slooooooowly along the passenger side of my car, roooooound the front and stopped at my window.

“I see you have a lab in the back…I just wondered how you find having a lab?”

And so followed a very random conversation (for 7 minutes) in the middle of the road about whether a Labrador would be suitable for his daughter and son-in-law in London. I ended up just switching the engine off although I kept seeing Mary Doll and Victor up at their living room window like meerkats!
