Mono Monday today, kindly hosted by SK and it has a theme of 'Motion'.

I suppose motion could mean speed, or movement.

Off to see my 'Baby' sister as it's her birthday. It's also the anniversary of The Battle of Trafalgar and very sadly the anniversary of the Aberfan disaster, a terrible event.
