The Office

These are very cold days...in so many ways. This is the office and I have spent five good years in the room on the left (the one with the light on). It is a charming place which used to be someone's home. We have used it for an office and I am very fortunate: wood floors, beautiful hardwood doors and a garden that is something very special. It really is the last of a dying breed: small houses, big gardens and two bathrooms. We are surrounded by plots of land which had similar homes with similar gardens but these are now being knocked down to put of apartments and office blocks...leaving no trees and signaling the end to the leafy-burbs.
