Egg Salad

I make my egg salad so yummy...not too much mayonnaise (1T) and just a wee bit of Dijon Mustard (1t)...and shallots or spring onions...salt and pepper. This was for 5 eggs. It should have been 6 but of course Casey had to have one....it's so good for his coat!
