Wild and windy

Lots of eclectic jobs and chores. Went to put a wash on but the water tap thing snapped so faffed around this morning repairing that and inevitably ended up having a clean up round the back of the machine. Started to think about fixing some shelving. Finally took down the curtains that I’ve been meaning to take down since I moved in. Made bread that might not break a toe if I drop it. Once the rain let up I got blown down to the river.
Power out this evening. Just managed to get dinner done in time before being plunged into darkness. Got my camping stove and lantern out and made a cuppa.
