Rouken Glen

We had a lazy morning, at least the others did; I went to church service.

Bob made lunch, and then we headed down for a windy but very pleasant walk in Rouken Glen.  The sun was out and the park looked very nice and colourful.  Had coffee and cake in the Boathouse Cafe, well you have to don't you, then headed home.

Cali came home from Japan last evening, and today came up to share dinner with us.  Lots of wonderful tales for her to tell, and we had some tales for her of the week we have had.

We had a nice meal at home...
I had made chicken soup, then pork chops with onions and mushrooms with garlic and herbs, accompanied by mashed potatoes. Then we had a treacle tart with some fromage frais.  It was all well received. 

 We finished our evening  watching 'Strictly' before doing the Sunday Post Quiz.
