Hairy

Hairy woodpecker! They don't come around nearly as often as the downy woodpeckers (that look pretty much the same, but smaller).

The Husband and I were sitting on the front porch, enjoying the lovely weather with our tea and scones. The hairy was a bit put off by my attempts to pick up my camera so it kept ducking behind the tree. Also somewhat put off was My Girl, who came around looking for peanuts but thought we were too close, so didn't stay very long. See extra.
