Vitamin sea

Still feeling rubbish today, but also desperate to go and see the sea, so after a relaxing morning (and after Tim had been for his flu jab early afternoon), Tim drove us down to the seafront and we went down onto Wildersmouth beach.  Ran into our neighbour Sandi there, and had a good old chat with her.  She was walking the dog (who spotted us from across the beach and came bounding over to us - such a friendly little soul), so we left the beach with her and accompanied her on her walk round Capstone Parade, chatting along the way.  That was far enough for us though, so we said goodbye to her at the end of the path, and wandered back to the car.

Watched the final episode of Fargo series 5 tonight - sooo good.
